What are the International delivery options?
For our standard international shipping please allow between 7 and 21 working days from the time the goods leave our warehouse, you will receive an email from us once your order has been despatched. Please refer to the individual product listings for more information on delivery rates.
For our express international shipping please allow 2 – 4 working days from the time the goods leave our warehouse, you will receive an email from us once your order has been despatched. Please refer to the individual product listings for more information on delivery rates.
Not received your Fanatics order in the stated timescales?
In the unlikely event that your order is not delivered within these timescales, please ensure that you contact us so that we can investigate. Please note that queries for missing orders need to be received within 30 days of the order being shipped as we only have a limited window to investigate with our couriers. We will be unable to action queries made after the 30 days.
Payment Methods
We only accept PayPal as a method of payment. Returns In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt of delivery. They need to be returned with their original packaging and with proof of purchase and we will be happy to refund the complete amount you paid (item’s price+ shipping).

Exceptions to this policy:
DVDs, videos, underwear, swimwear, pierced jewellery, video games and items specially manufactured to your order can only be refunded if the goods returned have been deemed to be faulty.
Once a name or number has been printed on a shirt we will not offer a refund or exchange unless the shirt is faulty. The same applies if a player leaves the club or changes his squad number during his time at the club. The same applies to any item that you have personalised.
A refund will be permitted if a garment is faulty.
All return and re-shipping charges are the customer's liability.
We will refund total cost of the product (Price + Postage) for all returns. We will make the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. If an electronic refund is not possible, we will process your refund by cheque.

1. ABOUT US
When you order products through this site you are ordering from Fanatics International Limited. 2. OUR PRODUCTS
The products on our store are directed at consumer customers. If you access our store or order our products from places outside of the United Kingdom, you are responsible for compliance with your local laws.
3. YOUR ORDER
You will be sent an order confirmation from eBay or ourselves following your placing of the order. This is not an acceptance of your order. Once you receive a despatch notice from us your order has been accepted. If you want to change your order after it has been placed, you should contact us. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to make any requested change, and do not have any obligation to do so. This does not affect your right to cancel your order under if you change your mind.
4. DELIVERY
4.1 We will deliver to the delivery address specified on your order by eBay. We are unable to accept changes to the delivery address. It is your responsibility to make sure that someone is available to receive delivery and sign for items that require signature on delivery. We are not able to deliver to PO boxes.
4.2 Our typical delivery times can be found in the “Delivery” section of our store and may be subject to change from time to time.
4.3 Delivery times are approximate and estimates only. We shall not have any liability to you for failing to meet delivery times. Deliveries to remote areas may take longer than the times indicated on our site. We reserve the right to divide your order between different packages and to deliver in instalments.
4.4 If your order does not arrive within our typical delivery times, please allow a further ten (10) days (for standard delivery) or seven (7) days (for express delivery) before contacting us to report a late delivery.
4.5 If due to failed delivery you request an alternative delivery method other than our designated carrier you shall be responsible for any additional delivery charges that are applied, including any customs charges and duties that are subsequently applied.
5. CUSTSOM CHANGES
For international orders, customs charges may apply and the customer needs to pay these charges in order to receive the parcel.
If these charges are not paid then the parcel may be held by customs or abandoned. In this case we will not be liable to refund the order or offer a replacement.

6. RISK AND TITLE
6.1 We will be responsible for the products before they are delivered, but once they have been delivered they are at your risk. This means that you are responsible for taking good care of them and for ensuring that they are not lost, stolen or damaged.

8. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY
8.1 You have a period of thirty (30) days starting on the day after you take delivery of your products in which to cancel your order for any reason and receive a refund. This right applies in addition to your rights and includes the seven (7) day cooling off period available to you under the Distance Selling Regulations. Orders cannot be cancelled prior to delivery. If you wish to cancel products prior to delivery we reserve the right to accept such cancelation subject to a cancellation charge.
8.2 If you exercise this right to cancel, you must take reasonable care of the unwanted products and return them to us at your own expense. You may like to use a recorded delivery service to ensure that returned items arrive with us safely (and we particularly recommend this for higher value items). Please note that, we do not accept return of products that have been used or taken out of sealed packaging (such as DVDs, video games and videos) (although we do not consider shoes to have been 'used' if they have been tried-on, unless their soles or other parts show signs of wear as a result). In addition, we do not accept returns of underwear, swimwear, pierced jewellery or items that have been specially manufactured to your order including personalised items (which includes items personalised with player names and numbers).
8.3 Some of our products are subject to special transportation requirements because they come in aerosols or contain flammable ingredients. These items should not be sent by Royal Mail. Not received your Fanatics order in the stated timescales?
