Condition:   Flyer is in unused condition, near mint.  It does come with the factory fold down middle so it opens like a book.

Wardner, Druggist, The Rexall Store, Main Street, St. Regis Falls, N.Y.", though it is in such excellent condition I would guess it was never distributed, very nice, check it out!
