A 3 1/4" long rectangular shaped antique L. D. CAULK Co. cardboard box. This
is a great old DENTAL / DENTIST product forSILICATE RESTORATIONS of the TEETH,
allrelated to the treatment of the MOUTH TEETH GUMS BREATH THROAT TOOTH. It
looks like this box hasnever been used as it still has unused original contents,
as you can see.
Box reads: "TUBULAR CERVICAL MATRIX ... FOR SILICATE RESTORATIONS ... THE
L. D. CAULK CO. MILFORD, DEL. U.S.A. ... SET OF 12 IN BOX ... Caulk".
Condition: Box is in VERY GOOD condition. It has wear, HEAVY in places,
as seen in the pictures.
Age: A super old small box, ca. early 1900's.
Shipping: All DOMESTIC shipping charges INCLUDE insurance. We have enjoyed
shipping our items all over the world and are happy to offer most of our items
to international buyers. Yet insuring International parcels is very expensive
so PLEASE NOTE; we doNOT insure International orders unless winning buyer
specifically requests this and we are able to provide an insurance quote. We do
not falsify information on the Customs Form, such as a price other than what
the actual purchase price is, so please do not request us to do so. We ship
several times a week and send payment acknowledgments and shipping
confirmations. Your prompt payment will assure a very quick turn-around time.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If our shipping charge is much more than the actual shipping
cost, we will refund the excess so whatYOU pay for shipping/insurance is very
close to, if not exactly, theACTUAL shipping costs! This is especially
important for foreign buyers to know as most of our foreign shipping charges
are rough estimates.
This is a great looking box, in this all-original condition. L. D. Caulk Co.
was a pioneer in the manufacturing of early-day dental products including many
bottled and boxed items. Most of the products were for tooth repair, filling
cavities, and even for the manufacturing of false teeth, but others were more
medicinal, dental antiseptic rinse, cavity and pyorrhea fighter, all products
that L. D. Caulk Company specialized in. Many of the collectors of antique
dental items like this, are dentists, building small collections of quality
antique dental products to display in their waiting rooms and offices. This
is a prime example of just this sort of thing; this one was for tooth repair or
restorations, but beyond this, I am not sure exactly what these were applied
and what they actually were used for. What the best thing about it is that it
still has the CONTENTS in the box, check it out!
